Esthetician: Independent
Contractor
Summary of Position Duties:
Directly responsible for providing exceptional and superior quality
esthetic services to our guests. Responsible for creating the most
relaxing, tranquil experience for all guests. Knowledge of industry skin
care products as well as specialty services. Daily maintenance of esthetic
room. Collaboration with esthetic department to constantly raise the bar of
service excellence. Retail sales skills and selling skills are paramount.
Skills Required
- Must be a licensed Esthetician with the state of California
- Comprehensive understanding of all skin types
- A thorough understanding of key product
ingredients
- Strong knowledge of professional level spa and
skin care product lines
- Previous experience with Yonka Paris is a plus
- Hair removal techniques
- Relationship building with Guests
- Experience in a spa setting is ideal
- Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a
team
Certified Massage Therapist:
Independent Contractor
Certification in Massage Therapy, from a State Certified Licensed School is required
Guest Services experience related to Body Therapy Services such as Deep
Tissue Massage & Treatments
Monitoring of daily schedule & attendance
Strong Personal Product Education
Skills Required
- Following Service Procedures & Guidelines
- Ability to promote Product Education and Home
Care use for Clients
- Client Retention & Rebooking skills
- Various Cleaning Duties
- Aiding in various Marketing Programs
- Participation in Educational Seminars &
Programs

Licensed Nail Technician: Independent
