Reservation Policy
We recommend making a reservation at least two weeks in advance. We must have a Visa or MasterCard to guarantee all spa reservations. We have both male and female technicians. Please state your preference when scheduling your appointment.

  • In order to accommodate your busy lives, we work hard to provide the flexibility for the last minute reservations. For us to do so, we require a 50% of service fee to guarantee the reservations which are made less than 48 hours of the reservation time.


Cancellation Policy

Persimmon Spa understands your busy and eventful lives. We have devised a terrific program to rid out those unwanted cancellations that affect your ability to come in and enjoy our spa.

  • We requested a courtesy of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • If a cancellation does occur less than 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of half the service amount. This allows us to provide partial compensation to our Persimmon Spa therapists and much more flexibility to you.
  • Late appointment may reduce your service time, with full amount of service charged.

Gratuities

  • Gratuities are not included in the services or packages.
  • If you have gift certificates, they may be added.


Gift Certificates

  • We accept Spa Finder Gift Certificates.
  • Please let us know you will be using Persimmon Spa Gift Certificates or Spa Finder Gift Certificates when making a reservation. 
  • Provide gift certificate number when making a reservation.
  • Spa Finder Gift Certificates can only be used with services.
  • Please bring the gift certificates with you when arrive for the appointment. We can not credit the gift certificate values if you do not have the gift certificates with you. 

DO

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow you enough time to get ready for the treatment.
  • Consult your therapist before every treatment, not just before your first time visit. Your health and safety come first. Inform your therapist of any medical and physical condition you may have that may prevent you from having some of our spa treatments, such as skin allergies or pregnancy and indicate areas you want address during the treatment.
  • Drink lots of fluids, preferably warm water, after a massage to help flush out toxins.
  • Leave all your valuables at home when visiting Persimmon Spa.

DON'T

  • Arrive late for your treatment. This will only shorten your treatment and thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Plus, you will still be charged in full.
  • Expose yourself to the sun without adequate sunscreen protection after a chemical peel, micro- dermabrasion or whitening facial treatment.

Please no children under 12 allowed.
